BONSAI WORKING WIRE
Our aluminum wire, in both the 150gm (
1/3 lb ) Retail coil and more economical 1 kilogram ( 2.2
lb. ) Nursery-size coil, has a copper color anodized
coating, and is designed for shaping and holding branches
and small trunks inconspicuously. Re-useable and easy to
apply, it is softer than copper and less likely to damage
the tree.
The economy of Nursery coils can generate a profit for
Bonsai clubs when sold by length. Club members appreciate
purchasing the exact lengths of each size needed for a
particular project.
Note: Our 150 gm coils have 50% more wire
than other brands!

1185 INTERMEDIATE
WIRE CUTTER
This style of wire cutter is similar to our 2172 Bud
Shear, however, the blades are stouter and the tips are
rounded to prevent damage to the tree when cutting wire.
The small size lends itself best to working smaller wire
sizes. Made with high carbon steel, it will maintain a
sharp edge indefinitely. Finger loops are 3/4” diam.

BONSAI WIRE CUTTERS
These wire cutters are designed
specifically for Bonsai wire. Although enthusiasts new to
Bonsai sometimes substitute standard wire cutters for
economy, the Japanese have designed these with a rounded
head to prevent damaging the branch and with jaws that
cut the wire symmetrically and cleanly. Highly
recommended for serious enthusiasts.

These Wire Cutters are both constructed of high carbon
steels and will keep sharp edges indefinitely when used
and cared for properly. The smaller size of the 2165 is
particularly well suited for working with small stock.
Even so, it is capable of cutting most aluminum wire
sizes.
